Champs Collide, Nabers Goes Down, and Saquon Ghosts Beav in Week 2

The reigning champ flexed first. Marcus, still wearing the 2025 crown, went out and beat last year's title-holder Crawf, 137.9-114.6, and did it while Crawf's Caleb Williams face-planted for a putrid 7.7 against a 23.8 projection. Passing the torch is one thing — Marcus just set it on fire and handed Crawf the ashes.

Chengy put together the week's most terrifying box score, running Meek off the field 193-163.3 behind a two-headed monster of Davante Adams (41.5) and Patrick Mahomes (38.0). Meek actually scored 163 and still lost by 30 — that's not a loss, that's a mugging.

Beav got the individual performance of the week from Josh Allen, who dropped a video-game 46.8 to help bury Manny, 153.4-127.6. But somebody tell Beav his RB room needs a smoke detector — Saquon Barkley delivered a season-cratering 3.0 points on an 18.4 projection, and only Allen's heroics kept it from being a real problem. Meanwhile Manny's own workhorse Bijan Robinson quietly no-showed too, 11.1 on a 23.8 number, which is how you end up on the wrong side of a game like this.

The nightcap in Frost vs. Dez was the nail-biter of the week, decided by a single 1.8-point margin, 118.8-117.0. Dez actually got a monster game out of Jaxon Smith-Njigba (44.5!) but it wasn't enough after Malik Nabers went down hurt and cratered to 1.1 points — brutal injury luck, not a bad performance, but it still stings just the same when you lose by less than two. Frost, for his part, just let Matthew Stafford (38.0) quietly steal the win and go home.

And in the "nobody will remember this one but the standings will" department, Crock edged Devion 132.0-122.2 in a game defined by DJ Moore's historically bad -0.1 fantasy line. Negative points, folks. Devion's bench could not have done worse if it tried. Two weeks in and the burn book's already got receipts — keep 'em coming.
