Crock vs Crawf — Week 7

Matchup Preview · Week 7 · 2026 · Oct 21, 2026

Crock rolls into this one riding a statement win, and it was all Christian McCaffrey — 30.7 points to carry We Know The Truth past Chengy, 110.9-94.7, with Blake Corum (14.0), George Pickens (13.3), and Dak Prescott (13.0) all chipping in behind him. The only sour note was Harold Fannin Jr. no-showing a 10.4 projection with a measly 1.9 — a bust ugly enough that Crock might want to double-check that TE spot before Sunday.

Crawf, meanwhile, somehow survived a nail-biter, out-lasting Beav 138.0-137.2 in what had to be a stomach-churner all the way to Monday night. Bhayshul Tuten (24.7) and Caleb Williams (21.5) did the heavy lifting, with Colston Loveland (18.5) and Luther Burden III (17.5) rounding out a legit four-headed explosion — but Emanuel Wilson's 5.2 against a 15.4 projection nearly cost BELT BOYZ the whole thing.

Head-to-head, Crawf's owned this series 4-2, and with a 138-point outing fresh in the tank versus Crock's slightly more top-heavy 110.9, my gut (purely an opinion, not a lock) says Crawf's balanced attack gives him the edge again — though if CMC decides to go full workhorse one more week, Crock's got more than enough juice to flip the script.

Chengy vs Devion — Week 7

Matchup Preview · Week 7 · 2026 · Oct 21, 2026

Chengy rolls into this one off a 94.7-110.9 gut-punch to Crock, and the tape isn't pretty. Jonathan Taylor (21.1) and George Kittle (17.9) did their jobs, Xavier Worthy chipped in 14.3, but it all got buried by Matthew Golden's full-blown no-show — a zero on a week he was projected for 16.2. That's not a bad beat, that's a lineup landmine, and Chengy needs it defused fast.

Devion, meanwhile, is riding the opposite wave: a 127.0-116.8 win over Marcus powered by Drake Maye going full video-game mode with 29.8, James Cook III bulldozing for 24.3, and Emeka Egbuka adding 17.8. Even Devion's bust — Juwan Johnson's donut — couldn't drag the ship down. When your floor is "we still win by double digits," that's a scary place for the rest of the league to be.

Historically Devion owns this series 9-6 across 15 meetings, and after last week's two divergent performances, I'd bet (opinion, not fact!) that trend holds up again — Chengy needs Golden-type disasters to stop happening before he can hang with a Devion squad that just put up 127 like it was nothing.

Frost vs Meek — Week 7

Matchup Preview · Week 7 · 2026 · Oct 21, 2026

Frost rolls into Week 7 nursing a hangover from a 104.6-129.6 loss to Manny, and the box score reads like a cautionary tale. Stafford (20.9) and Jeanty (15.8) showed up, Nacua and London chipped in a combined 26.2, but none of it mattered because Rhamondre Stevenson face-planted for 3.6 points on a 13.6 projection. That's not just a bust, that's a lineup decision that needs an apology letter.

Meek, meanwhile, is riding straight into this one off a statement win — 163.4 to edge Dez's 160.1 in what had to be a nail-biter. Tyler Shough went off for 33 points at QB, Matthew Golden stacked 24.4, and D'Andre Swift (23.0) and Chuba Hubbard (21.1) turned the backfield into a buffet. The only blemish was Derrick Henry no-showing for 5 points against a 19.3 projection — proof that even a 163-point week has room for someone to let you down.

Head-to-head, Frost's held the edge over the years (10-7), but recent form says Meek's the hotter machine right now, putting up points in bunches while Frost's lineup is still trying to find its floor. My gut (purely an opinion, bet the house on it if you dare) says Meek's depth and that red-hot QB streak carry over, and Frost needs more than a Stafford revenge game to flip the script. If Stevenson shows up empty again, this one could get ugly fast.

Marcus vs Manny — Week 7

Matchup Preview · Week 7 · 2026 · Oct 21, 2026

Marcus walks into Week 7 nursing a 116.8-127.0 loss to Devion, and the box score reads like a cautionary tale about ceilings versus floors. Kenneth Walker III went off for 29.9 and Jordan Love tossed in 22.2, but it didn't matter because Denzel Boston no-showed with a brutal 2.5 against a 13.9 projection — the kind of bust that single-handedly turns a win into a loss.

Manny, meanwhile, is riding into this one hot off a 129.6-104.6 beatdown of Frost. Kirk Cousins (25.5) and DK Metcalf (20.3) did the heavy lifting, with the Broncos D/ST chipping in 15.0 and Tetairoa McMillan adding 14.6 for good measure. Sure, Bijan Robinson face-planted with just 7.3 on a 24.0 projection, but when four other guys are hitting, one disappointing performance barely leaves a mark.

The series sits even at 1-1, which tracks — these two have gone blow for blow before. But form is form: Manny's got the balanced attack clicking on all cylinders right now, while Marcus is one Denzel Boston repeat performance away from another nail-biter loss. My gut (purely an opinion, not a lock) says Manny's floor is simply too high this week unless Zay Flowers and Mike Evans decide to show up big and bail Marcus out again.

Beav vs Dez — Week 7

Matchup Preview · Week 7 · 2026 · Oct 21, 2026

Two teams limping into Week 7 with matching black eyes. Beav dropped a nail-biter 137.2-138.0 to Crawf despite Josh Allen going off for 22.3 and Carnell Tate chipping in 19.0, but Kyren Williams no-showed his own hype — 9.7 points on a 21.6 projection is the kind of gut-punch that turns a win into "well, at least Allen showed up."

Dez's sob story is even louder. He put up a robust 160.1 and still lost to Meek 163.4, because Malik Nabers (30.5) and Jaxon Smith-Njigba (27.4) going nuclear on the same afternoon still wasn't enough. The culprit: Terry McLaurin cratering to 3.7 points on a 12.7 projection, the fantasy equivalent of ordering a steak and getting a saltine.

So here we are — two guys who scored plenty and still walked away 0-1 for the week, both still sorting out whether their running backs and secondary receivers can be trusted. My completely unqualified opinion: whichever team gets even league-average work out of its bust-prone piece (Kyren bouncing back for Beav, or McLaurin making Dez forget Week 6 ever happened) probably wins a game that otherwise looks like a coin flip. Book it, or don't — that's the beauty of "opinion."
